1. Eligibility and Account Security

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this Service.

Account Ownership: You may only connect an Instagram account that you legally own and possess authorized access to. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your session.

Authentication Security: Profile Pulse utilizes secure, official third-party authorization protocols (OAuth) provided by Meta. We do not store or see your password.

2. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You agree to use Profile Pulse strictly for personal, non-commercial analytics processing. You explicitly agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, stalk, abuse, or violate the privacy rights of any individual.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our backend correlation engine.
• Interfere with, bypass, or disrupt the security features, API rate-limits, or structural integrity of our servers.

3. Nature of Analytics and Platform Limitations

To provide its feature set, Profile Pulse analyzes metadata signals provided via official third-party platform interfaces. You acknowledge and accept the following fundamental operational parameters:

Statistical Probability: Features such as "Visitor Tracking," "Secret Admirers," and "Relationship Likelihood" utilize sophisticated predictive mathematical models, social graph proximity metrics, and behavioral correlation patterns. These analytics represent high-confidence estimations and statistical probabilities rather than absolute, guaranteed real-time physical monitoring.

Dependence on Meta Integration: Our functionality is strictly dependent on the continuous availability, permissions, data fields, and operational infrastructure of Meta's official Graph APIs.

Platform Modifications: Collider Studios holds no liability for modifications, rate-limit restrictions, or sudden reductions in data availability enacted by Meta/Instagram that may alter, diminish, or degrade Application features.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, backend architecture, mathematical correlation structures, user interface design, logos, trademarks, and branding assets associated with Profile Pulse are the exclusive intellectual property of Collider Studios. Your use of the Application grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app solely on authorized personal mobile devices.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Cancellations

Premium Tiers: Profile Pulse may offer enhanced analytical features via automated recurring auto-renewable subscriptions.

Billing Management: All premium financial transactions, subscription lifecycles, and cancellations are handled securely via the respective platform payment channels (Apple App Store In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing).

Refund Policy: Refunds are subject strictly to the governing terms and payment policies of Apple and Google. Collider Studios does not process direct refunds.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right, without prior notice and at our absolute discretion, to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to Profile Pulse if we determine, or reasonably suspect, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or put our infrastructure or user ecosystem at risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Collider Studios and its operators, developers, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or unforeseen disruptions to your connected Instagram account status resulting from your utilization of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms, along with your entire operational relationship with Profile Pulse, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local consumer protective statutes and applicable digital services commerce laws.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time to reflect software changes, security compliance adjustments, or shifts in Meta Platform Policies. We will notify you of modifications by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via an in-app system message. Continued usage of Profile Pulse following updates implies explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
